BA 128 - Accounting Applications I
Accounting Applications I is the first course of a three-term sequence designed to introduce the student to computerized accounting applications and provide extensive hands-on experience in the application of accounting practice and methodology using Microsoft Excel. The course will focus on providing experience with the basic operation of the personal computer in a Windows environment and helping the student gain proficiency in the utilization of spreadsheets and accounting software for solving a variety of financial problems and exercises. Registration-Enforced Co-requisite: BA 211 or instructor permission. 1 lecture, 2 lecture/lab hrs/wk. F
